near to the terminal
we ve been there around 12.25 and i pad for the room first and keep our bags at the lobby coz time for check in was 2pm..So we going lunch whole waiting for 2pm.. we ve back around 1.30 pm and im asking if we can check in early..the staff said the room not cleaned yet coz the customer just check out at 12pm..so ok.. i understand..mybe there s some.room the need to clean .so.we re waiting and its 2pm so im asking if its done but the staff saud not yet..ok then we re just waiting..till 2.20pm coz my lil kids start to cry so im asking again if its done..and the staff said.. not yet.. THE ROOM NOT CLEAN YET.. and i was.. but its ok im trying to cool down..then its 2.50pm..i ask again the staff if its done coz its near to 3pm already.almost 1h we ve wasted time..then the staff go check it ..then back again and said to wait around 7minutes.the service .its really DISSAPOINTED..my suggestion if u guys got customer that already waiting there but the room. not clean yet.. pls do clean first for them..coz we paid that even 10 minutes late..its wasted..them imagine 1Hour.. pls be alert.. WHEN we enter the room..it got something bad smell..i dunno wat.. and the toilet door was broken..Hmm..its my 1st tims there..but its diasapointed first
