GBThe room I had was very large with a four poster bed and large newly furnished bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful when suggesting a local pub to eat.
There was no real dinner menu only snacks and the bar is not currently open except a fridge in the café which closed at 8.30pm. It felt like the hotel was currently more of a gym and spa with a few rooms rather than a hotel.

Whole place sad dated and tired ,no atmosphere,no staff cafe was the only place to eat brealfast was poor just thrown on the plate.we ate at 8am yet food was cold hard greasy and contained items we asked not to have.It was unfriendly and guests were complaining of hearing rats scratching and squeaking all night and their toilet sounding like a helicopter when flushed yet no staff to deal with that and they were just handed an email address so customer service really bad .
