THE SET UP IS WEIRD . EVERYONE COMING OUT OF THE SWIMMING POOL HAS TO WALK BY THE RECEPTION DESK TO GET TO THE CHANGING ROOMS, CONSEQUENTLY THE RECEPTION AREA FLOOR IS OFTEN WET. THERE IS NO PROPER BAR IN THE EVENING AS THE VERY SMALL CHOICE OF ALCOHOL IS IN THE CAFETERIA AND IS CLOSED AFTER 8.30. THE LAYOUT OF THE CAFETERIA IS WRONG AS YOU HAVE TO KEEP ASKING FOR SPOONS TO EAT YOUR CEREAL AND MILK TO PUT ON YOUR CEREAL WHICH DISTURBS THE PERSON BEHIND THE COUNTER. THE FOOD FOR THE EVENING MEAL WAS LIKE A LUNCH E.G. SANDWICHES. THERE WAS NO LOUNGE AREA. WE ASKED FOR TOILET PAPER TO BE PUT IN OUR ROOM WHEN IT WAS CLEANED AS WE WERE RUNNING OUT. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. WE HAD TO GO DOWN TO RECEPTION TO GET IT. THE BIN WASN'T EMPTIED. THERE WERE DRILLED HOLES IN THE FLOOR BOARDS IN THE ROOM??? THE ROOM AND BATHROOM NEEDED REPAINTING.

No mattress provided for baby’s coat. Staff suggestion was to put a duvet or towels down instead of getting a mattress. Unacceptable. Pool and facilities quite dated and dirty.
GBGBPlace was very poor and needs a complete revamp was so uninviting we didn't stay and booked in elsewhere
