El apartamento es bastante amplio para una familia de 4. Todo es correcto pero se echa a faltar que no haya un solo armario/cajonera en ninguna de las habitaciones y los utensilios de cocina también son bastante escasos. Por lo demás todo bien. La piscina de la azotea está genial y bien cuidada. Con personal amable y servicial. En la zona donde se encuentra el apartamento no hay nada que ver, pero con un Grab de menos de 10RM te mueves a cualquiera de las zonas recomendadas de Ipoh y alrededores

"Value fo money for a comfortable stay"

Check in and check out process was easy. Communication through messages and Whatsapp are thorough. Good location and near to mamak and a good cafe nearby. Price point was sweet for two rooms and three queen beds. Can fit up to 6 people. Tandem parking for the unit but the parking area and parking lot itself is quite small (not a problem for seasoned drivers). Overall a good experience.

Amenities of condo, facilities prepared in my unit, and having extra space to manoeuvre compared to hotel stay.

Some faulty items in the unit such as the leaking basin when I use them, wetting and dirtying the toilet floor. Even the water hose leaks when it's used. Both toilets in my unit are also like that.... The plates are dirty with chilli oil stains. I had to wash them off instead. Cups have tea/coffee stain that I can't removed. ... I also didn't know how to use the tv, but I couldn't watch anything after turning it on...
