Firstly the inside staff are nice and friendly. But this hotel has limited parking and it’s cramped. They accepted USD as equivalent security deposit which was good. The hotel is bit cramped and there are better hotels around penang, if you want to check that out. The staff ensures the room is in good condition before you leave which might irate some customers Who are not used to that. Overall all not bad.

Place is very clean and good view Did enjoy my stay as new town centre and eateries

Basin in master bathroom was leaking and the TV was not working Kept displaying no signal Please rectify these and get a perfect score

Apartment was spacious, very clean and beds were very comfortable. Better in real life than the photos :) Washing machine very useful to have. Good location, shops nearby and a short taxi to the train station and city centre/sights. Infinity pool was lovely!

No soap provided for hand washing - we bought some but having this provided would be nice. Slight confusion as to who needs to pay a deposit as I sent this thinking it was applicable for our stay (it wasn't) but luckily we were refunded in cash upon checkout.

Overall it was a good and nice stay We like the home stay concept and the design and bed confartable to sleep is a more convenient place to stay. Clean and comfortable space for 6 to 8 people
