Subject: Feedback and Complaint Regarding Duyung House Stay Dear Management, I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Duyung House. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property to my friends or family. I booked three houses, but unfortunately the facilities and services provided were far below expectations. Some of the issues encountered were: Toilet water supply and flushing system were not functioning properly. Refrigerators were spoiled. Lizard droppings were found throughout the house. Bed sheets had blood stains. Floors were dirty and appeared not to have been swept or mopped. Rubbish and leftover items from previous guests were still present. We repeatedly highlighted these issues to the counter staff, but the response was very slow. Service personnel were only sent after we made several complaints. The overall housekeeping standard was extremely poor. I observed cleaners entering vacant units without proper cleaning equipment and completing the cleaning within approximately 10 minutes, which raises concerns about the quality of cleaning being carried out. In addition, I booked the clubhouse for a birthday celebration for 3 hours at a cost of RM750. As agreed, the furniture was supposed to be removed before the event. However, this was not done. When I followed up with a staff member, he replied that he was only a part-time worker and did not know anything about the arrangement. His attitude was unprofessional, as he spent most of the time using his phone and did not make any effort to assist or follow up on our concerns. There also appeared to be a serious lack of communication between management and ground staff, which reflects poor training and supervision. The hygiene standards were unacceptable, and I am concerned that families with young children may be exposed to health and infection risks. We paid for these services and facilities and expected a reasonable standard in return.

1. Spacious villa. 2. Big room. 3. Home decoration that is neatly arranged and pleasing to the eye. 4. Near the convenience store. 5. The staff is very nice. 6. The pool was clean.

1. Water heaters are only available at the master bedroom. 2. The view from the backyard is not cool. 3. The kitchen cabinets typically suffer from worn finishes, dents, and water damage.
