Environment, master bedroom is comfortable.and night view is good. Environment is clean. Apartment looks quite new.

Didn't like parking at level 3A. Way up is narrow.

The owner was very responsive, detailed and helpful. Very proffesional in handling matters and inquiries. The unit was clean, suitable for small families of 5 to 6. The air condition, fans and view was perfect. The rooftop pool was also easily accessible. It felt very easy to check in, although it was a self service concept. It is near to Ipoh Town, all necessities like mamak, clinics, hospitals are nearby.

The unit seemed like it was closed for a long time, there was a strong smell of medicine like smell. Not sure, where it was coming from. Maybe can put air freshener.

The location was good but the host is not guest friendly.

Keys was handed late from the timing set by the host, and no negotiations to check in early need to pay expensive amount for early check in which is not customer friendly

The pools was very spacious. Got 3 section, adult, jakuzi ( kids 5+ save ), and kids section. The location near to the viral places at Ipoh. Will repeat again. 😀

Great location, clean room, and a firm, comfy bed. The host gave clear and easy check-in instructions.

The check-in time is quite late, starting from 3 PM. When I visited, Ipoh was extremely hot, so if possible, it would be great if guests could check in earlier—I’d even be willing to pay extra. However, the staff couldn’t accommodate my request, citing that cleaning was still in progress. Is this now a standard policy for all accommodations? If possible, could Booking.com implement a feature—such as early check-in priority—for excellent bookers or frequent guests?
