Probably the newest apartment unit in Ipoh, very clean and comfortable with beautiful roof top pool. 2 large bedroom with very comfortable beds and quite area.

Some more amenities were a good idea

Cleanliness of the unit. Good quality furniture and finishes. Unit has a hot cold water dispenser which is very convenient. Infinity pools are great.

The ramps in and out of the parking lot are too tight

The house is clean and comfortable. Strategic location.

Poor sound insulation. Socket can be more. The floor mat didn't absorb much water. Only have one toilet.

Location, facilities, water pressure, cleanliness,

Parking. Couldn't park at apartment parking due my 4 wheel to way to parking was too narrow. And they also nvr let us park at visitor parking at ground floor
