We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Sun Moon Lake. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the in-room hot spring bath was a highlight of our trip. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Ita Thao Pier, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. This hotel was perfect for our multi-generational family trip with grandparents and children.

Very little to dislike. During peak hours, the breakfast area could be busy, but the staff managed it well. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
