Went to level 2 Chinese restaurant on both days and both food and service were excellent.

Day of check in hotel porter didn’t allow us to unload our bags in front citing tour bus coming??? Anyway no vehicle was nearby and we didn’t take more than couple minutes to unload 5 bags for 6 pax. Also the discount voucher at Starbucks was quite useless with so many restrictions for a mere 20% discount; it has to be only traditional latte and not any other types of latte??? Such discounts make customers angry instead. Rather not give.

櫃檯的服務人員非常親切也很幫忙我～因為媽媽是坐輪椅行動不便的人也很熱心提供我們洗澡椅～也因為媽媽需要帶很多東西主動幫我們將行李送到房間，雖然這是一般飯店必做的事，但因為媽媽的關係讓我覺得更加貼心也非常感謝他們～昨天退房時也遇到了一些問題，非常謝謝工作人員熱心及盡力的解決，總之這次的住宿真的覺得麗力是一家非常非常非常棒的飯店一定再訪也會推薦身邊好友如果到日月潭一定要住麗力溫德姆酒店～非常感謝這兩天住宿的所有工作人員

We had a luxurious stay. Love the rooms with a soaking tub. There’s also an indoor pool with sauna, pool table, foosball, gym. For younger children, there’s also an indoor playground near by that’s free for hotel guests. Remember to bring your own socks. We also had access to the Sky Lounge which was inclusive for us. I’m surprised by the breakfast comments, probably the hotel improved it. I thought it was a good spread with international and local cuisines

Good size family room. Fun games area for kids near the pool. Nice hot big pool jacuzzi with whirlpools. Great location.
