"Check in 時, 前面有一組客人正在辦理. 我排隊在第一個. 這時有兩個小孩在中間跑來跑去. 服務人員在旁邊完全無視. 然後突然有好幾個人插隊. 說是和前面一起的. 後面到的人就可以不需要排"

"房間內太舒適了，飯店公共區域也都好美～ 電梯邊都有電話跟便條紙好有趣貼心。服務人員言談間都超親切！地點也很讚，第一次住伊達邵這邊，真是非常好的經驗。"

1. 浴室排水不良，溫泉水一溢出，就都淹出去洗手台區域啦～～～～～ 但地板好快就乾了，真是厲害。 2. 廁所門開關時刮地板「唰—」的聲音頗大聲。
