很乾淨，房間空氣很好，離伊達邵老街非常近，每個服務人員給人感受都很好，有親子館可以使用很好，早餐非常豐盛，mini bar很豐盛，冷氣很冷可調，枕頭很好睡，棉被很保暖。

"硬體設施不錯，可惜服務上感覺沒有對得起所付出的價格"

1.地點就在伊達邵最熱鬧的地方很方便 2.停車場位置算寬敞 3.房間空間蠻大的 4.配合的魯魯扎扎親子館很不錯，空間很大，遊戲設備也很多

1.剛入住時 浴室溫泉出水都一直是溫水，打電話告知客服 等房務人員來等了很久 2.打電話跟客服人員說需要奶瓶消毒鍋跟澡盆，結果房務人員只拿了奶瓶消毒鍋來 3.吃飯時 明明就看到我們是兩大兩小 (小孩很明顯需要兒童座椅) 也不會主動幫忙換椅子
