1. Super spacious rooms and bed. 2. Separate shower room and toilet. This is of great convenience. 3. Buggy service to shuttle you back to your room from the breakfast area. 4. Promptness in fixing our water hose. 5. The dhall is awesome. The kuah lontong is delicious too and really tastes as if it was made by your mother. Very homely taste to it.

1. It is slippery EVERYWHERE. In the bathroom, in the room. The tiles are very slippery in both rooms and bathrooms. 2. The water hose in the toilet is so stiff that pressing it is like a workout. 3. The swimming pool area is slippery as well. My son fell going down the stairs from the pool and your staff just smiled saying it was wet.!!! What do you expect??? Pool decks to be dry..it is a pool for God's sake, it is meant to be wet. People don't come out of the pool instantly dry..so knowing that the surrounding becomes wet and makes it slippery, i believe the hotel management should do something about this before bigger accidents happen. 4. The scrambled eggs were too runny.

It had space. The rooms are decently big. There are signs of age but decently well kept. Public toilets clean which is a great sign. Gym was great, pools big enough coz this is a family hotel. If you have kids (toddlers to primary school kids) this is a fantastic place.

This is a place to enjoy the hotel for families. If you need massage, shopping, sight seeing then this is not the place. Also, if you are on your honeymoon, not the place too. The hotel was hosting a group of people (a camp) so for dinner, the restaurants were closed for the event. That was a bad decision. We chose this hotel as they had 2 restaurants there (this hotel was far from city) . They only had a pool lounge which was limited and under staffed. We didn’t go down for dinner but for drinks and witnessed at least 2 groups complaining about the lateness of food. Ended up with ordering Grab. For breakfast, the campers were hosted in the same area as normal hotel guests which caused a jam. Again, poor decision. But the hotel diverted some to the lounge area which was a nice gesture. The staff at the lounge were attentive (esp the head lady). This gesture redeemed the situation.

The hotel building is relatively new, and the room was very clean. The facilities inside the room were also well-maintained and in good condition.

My stay at this hotel was average. The air conditioner took a long time to cool the room, which was quite uncomfortable. The room was also located very far from the lobby, making it inconvenient to walk back and forth. There were not many food options around the hotel, so finding something to eat was difficult. The breakfast was quite basic and did not offer anything particularly interesting. Drinking water was not readily provided, and the dining tables were not set with spoons and forks, which was inconvenient during meals. Overall, the hotel has room for improvement in terms of guest comfort, dining experience, and convenience.
