The staff were all friendly. That's all that is good about it.

The rooms has balcony but no point. The view outside was ridiculous. Saw old unused building. No beautiful scenery. From my room to the main lobby was quite an exercise to walk. Should have pickup points for buggy to bring guest to the main lobby or to the other lobbies of the hotel. My parents and siblings were in the other side of the building, so I have to walk all the way there passing through the main lobby. Food wise, the room service were very slow, understood it's a holiday season and the hotel were packed. So it's acceptable. There were no convenience store near the hotel, have to drive out to the nearest town. Shuttle service were also long to wait. Only 1 van for such a hotel. Overall experience was very disappointing.
