The pool is so cold (no heater) The bathroom smells very bad; not sure why!!! The hotel needs more facilities specially for kids as we could not even use the pool ( my son was bored) At least the hotel need to provide a daily water for drinking (not only to be provided on the first day !!!) specially when we were 4 in the room so do you think 2 bottles only are enough?? !!! I faced a lot of issues with the restaurant stuff attitude (they need to learn how to deal with the guests, how to be generous and friendly The smallest things ( like water ) you need to pay for. Needless to say that we were misled by the information and description written therefore, please note that the hotel is on the top of the mountain ( it was super cold!!!! And you have to bring jackets even though we were in August) At the end the hotel is not suitable for children who are less than 7 years old as the stairs inside are dangerous.

The breakfast staff was amazing and the hotel does not deserve them.

When we arrived, the sink was leaking the first night. After reporting the issue to the reception, we were moved to a cheaper room and were promised it would be just for one night. However, afterwards, they refused to change our room back, claiming that the rooms were the same, even though the new one was clearly cheaper and did not meet the standards of the previous one. They behaved rudely and kept trying to prove they were right, even though they clearly weren’t. They offered us a meeting with the hotel manager, who was arrogant and disrespectful. After a while, we realized that discussing the issue further was pointless. The only thing they seem to be afraid of is Booking.com—without them, we wouldn’t have achieved anything. We are grateful to our guardian angels for taking care of us. I do not recommend this hotel at all, and in my opinion, the entire reception staff should be replaced—especially the receptionist Konstan... whose behavior was extremely unpleasant and even made my wife cry

Piscina molto bella e panoramica, stanze a due piani carine e con piscina privata.

La colazione è risultata molto scarsa e la pulizia avrebbe bisogno di maggiore attenzione. Eravamo in 4 e ci è stata assegnata una maisonette su due piani: il letto matrimoniale era molto comodo, ma i due posti sul divano letto erano improponibili, con doghe completamente rotte e un materasso sottilissimo di pochi centimetri. Abbiamo richiesto subito il cambio di stanza. Dopo alcuni giorni siamo tornati da Ios e ci è stata nuovamente assegnata la stessa stanza con il divano letto rotto. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere un nuovo cambio anche in quell’occasione. Il personale, nel complesso, si è dimostrato disponibile, ma la gestione delle camere e la manutenzione lasciano molto a desiderare Posizione vicino al porto, aeroporto e al pittoresco paesino di Pyrgos.

Please do not book this accommodation. Rooms and facilities are falsely advertised. The management and reception team are aware of this and said it's an ongoing issue. I showed the manager the photos of the villa I booked and he agreed that the advertisement is different but said there is nothing he could do. He was not interested in resolving the issue. The online reservation team also shifted the blame and then stopped responding to my messages on booking.com. I tried so many times to resolve the issues right from the start of my stay. I have now had to lodge a case through PayPal to recoup my money because SMY are avoiding responsibility and are not responding. This accommodation is wildly overpriced and I had such a horrible experience.

It was fantastic !!! The welcoming from the staff the lady at the reception (I’m sorry I forgot your name )but you are really special to our family , the location , the recommendations for the restaurant and the dessert place 😍, the breakfast included with an spectacular view , It was amazing we couldn’t ask for more . I would recommend this place 100% .

The location was nice loved the staff very helpful the room was great. I would like to say a special thank you to your manager Biona, my wife slipped just out side the hotel and broke her leg ankle? And the help we got from Biona (I hope I have this right) she call the ambulance she brought our bags to the hospital she stayed with us and helped the langauge barrier she waited for us and took us to the airport she was nothing more than amazing if it was up to me I would give her a massive bonus. From the bottom to the top of my heart thank you Biona you are a star ❤️

Our back door needed a proper lock to make it feel more secure.
