I like the size of the room. It looks great on picture . However, it doesn't represent the reality.

(1) Cockroach infestation The room had lots of small cockroaches crawling around, which is absolutely disgusting. (2) Manager’s poor response The manager, who arrogantly sat at the front desk, tried to justify the roaches by saying they "always do pest control." But even if fumigation happens daily, the fact remains—there are still cockroaches in the room. That’s unacceptable. I think the owner should even fire the manager. I was told I was not the first one to complain about cockroaches. (3) Misleading appearance The room itself looks decent in pictures, but the building’s facade resembles a KTV bar or cabaret—something I wasn’t aware of when booking. The room looks better in picture than in actuality. (4) Cheap price doesn’t excuse filth Yes, the price is affordable, but having cockroaches is unforgivable. No guest should have to deal with that. (5) Broken furniture hazard The chair provided wasn’t the one shown in the photo—it was a small, flimsy stool. On my second day, it completely collapsed when I sat on it, sending me crashing to the floor. This is a serious safety issue! My advice: - Fire your current fumigation company—they’re clearly not doing their job. - Take immediate action to eliminate the roaches. No one should have to stay in such unsanitary conditions.

Home Me Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Unlike other hotels I've been to, where the rooms don't quite match the lobby's présentation, Home Me was the opposite & exceeded expectations. The unassuming entrance and lobby didn't hint at the quality that awaited us. The highlight of the deluxe room was undoubtedly the bath area. The sliding door revealed a large jacuzzi tub, a spacious wash area with a big mirror, and a glass-enclosed shower section. Soaking in the jacuzzi with hot water was a wonderful treat. The staff's responsiveness was impressive, particularly when the heater in our initial room stopped working. They promptly transferred us to another room and arranged for repairs. This speaks volumes about the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, we were very satisfied with our deluxe room, especially considering the cost.  The service, & even the location are topnotch as well - restaurants, cafes, malls, were all easily accessible from the hotel.

I guess the scent of tobacco that immediately greets gusts upon entering the reception. The vibrations from club didn't bother us from the 8th floor, but that might be a concern for those staying nearby.

Dirty and newly renovated but really bad would not stay here again. But for the price it’s maybe ok I guess……

It’s cheap

Hotel is ideally located near shopping mall, approx 15-20 away from hotel. Only recommend this hotel for few hours rest before next flight - as we did. We found 1 or 2 cockroaches running underneath the bed once we’ve put the AC on no sight at all which helped us rest for couple of hours before our flight.

We requested for the hotel to rectify a problem with a clear window looking directly into one of our rooms bathrooms and the response was “just swap rooms” so no issue resolved from the staff who didn’t seem like she cared at all. So managed to use some pillows to block most of. See attached photo.
