The room I reserved was occupied by other, but the staff upgraded my room for free at the highest floor. so, the noise from the club was not an issue for me

Comfortable and staff are nice. Large smart tv. Very good location.

I’ve been reading past reviews complaining about the bass vibration. Perhaps not advisable for persons sensitive these factors to sleep. But for me it’s negligible as I was in 7th floor. So still a satisifying stay. Some light switches are just mixed up and the lobby/hallway is very hot.

Will definitely book again! The room is super clean, the design is super nice bed is very comfy and great staff too, incredibly kind and very accommodating! Upon arrival, they provided us with QR codes where we can reach them if we ever needed anything, they have whatsapp, telegram, viber, wechat, FB messenger, so it was really good, it was easy for us to contact them. Internet is super fast, like 100 Mbps or more, depending on the time. Their TV was huge and we watched Netflix in the afternoon - no buffer. Great location, very easy for us to get around, and the price is super affordable. Service level we received is great! Everyone helped us! I celebrated my birthday on the building’s KTV (it was amazing the club too!) then slept after my party around 1:30 or 2 AM. For those visiting the place, their party club is on the 2nd floor, their ktv where we had my birthday was 3rd floor. Our room was on the 6th floor and we couldn’t hear the music from the 2nd floor and good thing I did not mind previous reviews, maybe the hotel improved by the time of our stay. I would rate the overall experience 10. Worth every penny!

You can feel very very little vibration but it did not interfere with our sleep. We went to our hotel room around 1:30 am or 2 am I think.

From 10pm to 6am. You have to endure the ridiculous loud music from their entertainment which is from 2-4 floor. Their sound proof is non existent and could even hear what your next door is talking about. The subwoofer from the disco will shaken (Boom Boom) your 4 piece of wall in the room. Just imagine you are inside a giant bell. Even ear plug do no help… even you complain, the staff couldn’t help as this shaken sound is throughout every inch of the building (I stay on the most top floor). I couldn’t sleep as loud sound continues for 8hrs.

The rooms were clean and the staff were commendable

The entire floor and elevator strongly smells like cigarette smoke. The smoking area is located at the lobby of every floor so the smoke easily gets in your room. This hotel is not suitable for asthmatic guests like me. They transferred me to a room away from the lobby but their elevator just terribly smells like smoke. There’s a club at the 2nd or 3rd (?) floor and their rooms are located on the 4th-7th floors and the walls would be pounding at night due to the very loud music at the club giving you a hard time to sleep. Also, it’s very hard to communicate with their receptionist/front desk. The phone number provided is the number of the Manager and she’s not always on duty. I tried communicating to them by sending a message here (as recommended by the Manager), I got their reply after I have already checked out. As simple as asking for a toilet paper would require you to go down to their reception area. Their walls are not thick enough that you could hear the doorbells from the other rooms. I woke up one afternoon to the bugging sound of the doorbell of the room near mine because no one was answering so the person kept on ringing the doorbell. Never again
