Aircon van een kamer was erg lawaaierig.

Además de la gran piscina, la habitación espaciosa y el buen desayuno, lo mejor de todo fue el servicio del hotel. Todas las personas estaban muy atentas de nosotros, y especialmente la dueña del hotel que ante los problemas que teníamos para contratar un tuc tuc se ofreció ella a llevarnos personalmente al centro de Puerto Princesa y por más que insistimos no nos quiso cobrar nada. Estamos muy agradecidos por el favor que nos hizo de forma desinteresada.

Because its too far from the main road, transportation is a little bit challenging but they will assist you on booking of extra transport.

We were almost the only ones there so we had a privat pool. The food was great although it was a bit hard to order due to bad english language knowledge. They have really put a lot of effort into food preparation. We have walked to Bakers hills - nice place for kids. Stuff was very friendly. We were picked up for Underground river tour from hotel and the taxi to airport was easily arranged at hotel and cheap as well. Perfect for short stay in Puerto Princesa.

Cash only facility. No ATM near, no restaurants near , but luckily the food at hotel was very good and inexpensive.

Staff are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. They immediately attend to our requests and make adjustment without incurring additional charges. They maintained cleanliness of the establishment.

Everything is just great staff are so polite and soo friendly especially Chean. Lovely girl Do anything to help you
