White Stone Mykonos Hotel

I was recently and suddenly diagnosed with cancer and was unable to travel to Greece for my vacation due to my treatment plan. I reached out to White Stone Mykonos before my scheduled arrival date to cancel the hotel. Unlike other hotels I was scheduled to visit during my trip to Greece, White Stone Mykonos had absolutely no sympathy, were dismissive and refused to provide a refund or even a credit for future a stay, stating "they are sticking with their policy and won't issue a refund." I cannot believe a hotel would have such little sympathy for someone going through cancer treatment and while I offered to provide my medical records, they were not even willing to provide a future travel credit in full or in part, or any alternative solution to the obviously very emotional and difficult situation.

The room is spotless. Nicely prepared and well thought of. All necessities are available. Air conditioning is working well. Bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly and attentive. Will come again.

Photos don’t do the hotel justice, very impressed with quality of rooms and facilities. Staff very helpful and personable in arranging taxis and answering questions. Excellent views over Mykonos Town. Would definitely stay here again!

White stone was a lovely hotel but is in tbe middle of nowhere and taxis are quite pricy.

Struttura tenuta molto bene, bel panorama. Stanza confortevole, personale attento e cordiale. La consiglio!

White Stone is a wonderful boutique hotel with amazing views! My room was huge. Very clean and decorated amazingly. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff were so kind and did everything to make my stay go smoothly. I rented an ATV right on premises and it was the best decision i made. I will book white stone again very soon!

schöne und ruhige unterkunft mit blick auf die bucht und mykonos stadt. freundliche mitarbeiter sind immer zurstelle. schöner pool mit aussicht. da etwas ausserhalb ist ein fahrzeug fast zwingend. airportshutel jederzeit vorhanden.

Excelente lugar Solo hay q tomar en cuenta la transportación 40 euros x cada servicio Pero el lugar vale la pena totalmente!
