White Stone Mykonos Hotel

For this experience I enjoy a lot the view of the property to the see, the typical Greek white architecture and the design of the rooms. When I didn’t like something they where really nice and offer me a bottle of whine and some other perks that make the experience better

The view is really nice and I like that they have natural lemonade everyday and Sofia is very nice

Is the worst service I receive in 5 years living in hotels around the world. They not only don’t have any idea on how to treat a client, but on the other hand seems like they are trying really hard to give you the worst experience possible, specially Alexander. That guy should never work in a hotel again. The first day when I arrive, I ask him specifically that I want to extend my stay, and he told me that he would give me a discount only if I pay cash so they can avoid paying to Orbitz and to avoid taxes. Yes! He said that! So I made the mistake of taking his word and we agree that I would pay him some cash every 2 days until completion. But after 4 days he said that now he has decided to cancelled my reservation and that now he want it more money from me. When I complain he wouldn’t let me talk and kept interrupting me. When I ask him for fourth time I had to leave the room because it was so disrespectful. Next day I come back to talk and he says that either I pay more or a have to leave the hotel. And he never gave me a receipt for the cash he took from me , or return it to that point. In top of that, for the first 4 days there was not internet at all. And to make it worst, when I ask him why they didn’t have me breakfast, he lie and said that they prepared it and knock on my door , and it was not true. I then ask the cook and the waiter and they confirm it was not true. And when I caught him lying alexander says “whatever , we are not giving you breakfast today“.

White Stone is the perfect hotel if you’re looking for views, boho aesthetics and peace and quiet after a night of partying. It’s located on the top of a mountain so we rented a car during our stay. Parking is free and accessible at most places in Mykonos. The concierge was so helpful and accommodating. I forgot names but the gentleman that works early in the morning that checked us in and the woman that comes in after him were superb! Every recommendation she gave us for dinner and nightlife we enjoyed. I love the room decor; it was cozy and intimate. And the pool area!! I wish we had enough time to spend there. Keep in mind you’re on a mountain so I highly suggest a car to get where you need to go but taxis are also available as well. We enjoyed our stay! Can’t wait to return to Mykonos.

It was a nice enough property, with good views but in order to get anywhere we needed transportation

This is a great hotel if you are looking to be away from the noise and crowds. It is a peaceful retreat that has amazing service provided by the staff. Although not classed as a concierge, the level of service provided felt as if it were. The front desk booked us an ATV to use that was delivered to the hotel, scheduled us an in room massage and facial, and catered to every request we made. The breakfast delivered to your room is such a nice touch. Other reviews have pointed out that the water in the shower and sink is salt water, that is true, but was not an issue for us. Also there is not a restaurant or bar at the hotel. The addition of that would really make this property shine. However, they do allow you to bring your own drinks which is far cheaper. The 4 star mark for cleanliness is mainly due to construction dust on the floors. The hotel is so new, I expect this won’t be an issue much longer. I would gladly return here again!

Had a great experience at white stone, very friendly staff (Sophia, Alexander,Kostantinos). Definitely will be back.

Fabulous get away but still easy to get about as we hired a car.

Great hotel and Sofia the receptionist was excellent.

This property was beautiful, the views were just amazing. One of the most beautiful properties we have stayed at. Sophie was super helpful and very sweet, she went out of her way to make our stay as simple as possible. She was always there to ensure we were taken care of and had a good day.
