Cet hôtel est à éviter absolument. Il ne mérite en aucun cas ses quatre étoiles. Nous avions réservé et payé trois nuits, mais avons décidé de partir dès la première nuit tant l’expérience fut décevante. L’établissement est situé dans une zone résidentielle isolée, loin de tout. L’accueil a été expédié par un jeune homme qui parlait rapidement, laissant clairement entendre qu’il ne voulait pas être dérangé. Il nous a demandé à quelle heure nous souhaitions prendre le petit-déjeuner, mais a refusé 8h au motif que c’était trop tôt pour lui. La chambre, certes spacieuse, présentait de nombreux désagréments. La climatisation, manuelle et peu performante, n’était pas en marche à notre arrivée. À 23h, il faisait encore 25°, et même en la mettant en route, elle produisait à peine de la fraîcheur. Nous avons tenté d’ouvrir la fenêtre, mais un éclairage extérieur puissant est resté allumé toute la nuit, nous empêchant de dormir. La propreté, quant à elle, laissait à désirer. Le pire restait le petit-déjeuner : apporté par le même garçon, il était présenté dans un simple carton, sans couverts, et d’une pauvreté affligeante. Pas de thé, seulement deux dosettes de café. Nous avons dû réclamer de l’eau et du thé, mais il n’y avait aucun choix disponible.

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos auf booking.com! Ausstattung ist wirklich top Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber. Sehr komfortables Bett. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit einem Mietauto ( Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen)

Es war alles super nur eine kleine Anmerkung: Frühstück sehr gut aber sehr klein. Keine Wurst oder Käsevariationen. Nur 2 Stück Brot und 2 Croissant inkl. Butter und Marmelade Mann kann sich dann zusätzlich noch ein Hauptmenü aussuchen wie z.ab Ham&Eggs Wird per Karton und Körberl vor die Türe gestellt. Klimaanlage sehr schwach auch wenn diese den ganzen Tag mit 16 Grad läuft—-> trotzdem sehr warm in der Höhle . Sobald man das Gebläse aufdreht ist es viel zu laut , habe ich am letzten Tag an der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Haben sich bedankt und werden es sich ansehen, vl braucht die einfach nur mal ein Service ;) Unbedingt Mietauto dazu buchen Beste Grüße Dominik

Stunning accommodation, a trip I won’t forget

Our stay at your property was absolutely wonderful. The place looks even better in person, and all the utilities are meticulously maintained. The staff, including the welcoming and helpful young gentlements at the front office, the housekeepers, and the pool cleaners, have taken great care of everything. The amazing breakfast each morning was a delightful start to our day. The area is peaceful, with plenty of activities in Vothonas, along with excellent dining and drinking options. We also appreciated the seamless assistance with transportation to and from the airport and renting a scooter or car. Thank you for providing us with such a relaxing experience!

Beautiful and comfortable suite with private outside area and jacuzzi. Breakfast served at time of choice and great options. Staff helpful and polite, location wasn’t central but great local cafe and shop next door and easy to park rental vehicles. Housekeeping staff were excellent. Cave features made it feel unique and special. Highly recommend
