Amazing Rooms built in Caves Historic quiet natural pool was fantastic

Breakfast could have been better they juts left it outside the room in cardboard boxes this can be improved

Everything was perfect and the staff was so nice. They helped us arranging ATV/quad to move around the city.

The room was fitted out nicely, beautiful decor. There were lots of storage areas for our belongings, the bed was extremely comfortable and there was a mini fridge, nespresso coffee machine and the bathroom was lovely. We had a private pool and loungers/ terrace. Can’t fault the room itself.

There were no on site facilities to get light refreshments, we did not get a welcome drink as advertised. The breakfast wasn’t great - it had to be ordered for a specific time the night before and we tried most options. The food was generally mixed together rather than being a standard breakfast. Despite telling the hotel the time we were going to have breakfast (required by them) the cleaners attended at the same time meaning we couldn’t eat our breakfast on the terrace very easily. We were not assisted with our luggage and were not informed of a tourism tax until checking out. There was a power cut but the hotel didn’t communicate about what they were doing to fix it/ let us know what was happening.
