The staff - the ladies at reception were fantastic, from restaurant bookings to sailing recommendations We loved our room but it had some issues and were moved/upgraded as the issues were not solved after 24hrs and we were staying for 7 nights The hotel beach and loungers are great as is the service The location to town and the marina is very convenient. Pool and overall design.

The breakfast is confusing/misleading. Breakfast was included on our booking. However, for our stay this was only for a basic continental breakfast. But this was not clear - as per booking.com confirmation "Breakfast - Breakfast is included in the final price". This should be made clear on the bookings in future. Never had this experience at a 5 star hotel. As we were there for 7 nights the continental breakfast was always the same and very limited. 2 types of cheeses and basic looking cold meat/s. Mixed fruit available in a basket, nothing is chopped or peeled. Your choice of eggs delivered to your table. Felt strange at such a high end hotel to have this setup especially as the continental breakfast was minimal (2/3 star rating). Breakfasts we had in Mykonos hotels were by far superior and in 4 star hotels. Room issues were not checked properly or fixed adequately once reported and we had to chat to the staff to be moved after being told everything was done.

Beautiful, serene hotel right on the water. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were perhaps on the small side, but nice.
