Very nice boutique hotel with great rooms and use of space. Extremely helpful and friendly staff who went the extra mile to make us happy. Great food and an amazing breakfast buffet.

"Very disappointing stay not up to 5* standards"

The location, 5min walk from Naousa

A disappointing stay overall, definitely not up to 5* standards such as: (1) bottle of water in our fridge was open and consumed when we checked in, (2) flush kept getting blocked, (3) staff disturbing us in the morning to deliver laundry despite the “do not disturb” sign while we were sleeping, (4) the water coming out piping hot from the shower and the sink despite having it turned on the “cold” button. The rooms are very small for the price. The fact that the hotel charges €50 from Parikia for a transfer (!!) is completely unreasonable. When we asked for help with regular taxi booking, reception refused to help with the booking because “they do not provide it). Upon check out and raising some of our complaints they scratched the price of the transfers from our bill, a nice gesture but doesn’t offset the poor experience at this price point.

Lovely clean modern property with excellent staff. Beautiful pool. Wonderful property. A very short walk to Naoussa town.

Very limited to no view of the water. The public beach is a bit dirty. Not the fault of the property. Was expecting a more authentic Greek lunch experience at Thymes.

Everything was very nice, the location the service was amazing, just one incident were one of the staff was very rude, They should be trained on how to handle customers

one incident were one of the staff was very rude, also they should add shuttles to the town. When i asked for a drop off to the town they said they don't have it available
