Gorgeous hotel, extremely clean, staff was incredible. Nothing but exceptional in every way. Will definitely be back.

המלון ברמת גימור גבוהה ביותר, נקי להפליא, ריהוט חדיש ונוח מאוד אבל ללא ספק הדבר הכי מיוחד במלון זה הצוות... שירות כזה מעולם לא קיבלנו. ממש חשוב להם המלון וחשוב להם שתהנו. חושבים על הכל (ברמת להשאיר לנו שקית ניילון לבגדי ים רטובים היות ונשארנו בספא אחרי הצ'ק אאוט). ארוחת הבוקר עשירה מאוד, בריכה מקסימה שאפשר להנות ממנה כשיש קצת פנאי בין החופים, הספא קטן אך מפנק עם סאונה רטובה ויבשה, בריכה קטנה חמימה עם ג'קוזי, חדרון עם זרמים חמים וקרים וחדר מלח קטן. מכון כושר קטן וחדיש. פירות ותה בספא... בקיצור כל הזמן דואגים לפנק אותך. החדרים נעימים ונוחים מקלחת כיפית עם שמפו וקונדישינר של בולגרי.... אין דבר אחד להגיד לא טוב... בחיי. וזה בגלל שהם מתייחסים למקום כמו לבית שלהם ובאמת אכפת להם. אכלנו א. ערב אחת במסעדה של המלון על הטיילת והיה ממש טעים... קצת יקר מהממוצע אבל עדיין זול מישראל. בקיצור תודה לצוות המלון על חוויה בהחלט יחודית.

Hotel is small, beautiful, immaculate a lovely atmosphere. All of the staff are wonderful, professional & ready to attend to any need. Breakfast choice & service was so good & everything cooked to suit individually. The buffet was also fabulous & beautifully presented. Buck’s Fizz included too if you fancied …. which we all did! The holiday was an extra surprise one for a friend’s big birthday. We had the three swim up rooms next to each other at the little pool, which a lot of the time we had all to ourselves. We chose Kefalonia because none of us had been there before & the hotel because it looked so lovely - it didn’t disappoint so thank you all at Casaly for helping us to make it so special.

Right apologies just a couple of things but here we go…. first & mainly we all would have preferred if rooms had had a proper bathroom but the sink was in the bedroom. There was just two hooks for towels but only one really usable as other was above where you put toiletries. The toilet and shower (with no hooks or place for towels or the robes supplied) were right next to each other & separated by just a clear sheet of glass!?… Now as couples we are all very close but none of us wanted to take a shower seeing our partner sitting on the toilet! Really bad design whoever came up with that one! The other is storage…wardrobe has ample hanging space with two ok ish drawers underneath. The one is a safe & other we all used for the mens shorts & t-shirts…. but ladies if you have long dresses they will drag on the floor - but there is a steamer. Three other shallow drawers that even our sunglass cases wouldn’t fit in so all pretty useless meaning we were all in & out of suitcases every day for swimwear, underwear & other bits. Room rather small and basic but just that wouldn’t have been a deal breaker for any of us.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful hotel and staff were amazing. They were so attentive, helpful and polite. The facilities were great too. The staff very kindly upgraded our room to a swim-up room. I booked a Swedish massage at the spa which was incredible. The food (dinner at the in-house restaurant and also complimentary breakfast) was delicious. So pleased with our stay and would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely hotel with excellent service. Great location, compact rooms.

The property is an experience, from the moment you walk in you are treated like a special family member from reception to servers, it was truly a great experience, staff, property and facility was exceptional. The decorations are tasty and unique touch like every thing is clean and handpicked.

The TV system where you can use your phone to airplay was problematic we often got disconnected or someone else content showing on our screen.

The property is new,well taken care,spotless,extremely cosy!

Just stayed not enough time…. If job and family would not matter ,probably just movie inn for several months….

Beautiful and immaculate hotel - the staff were exceptional and so attentive. They all went the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable holiday. The best and most welcoming hotel we have ever stayed in - thank you all so much ❤️

Breakfast was top notch with wide selection. Very nice selection also of fresh local produce. A room upgrade was an unexpected surprise.
