We would score the property 9.99999 out of 10. Just taking off the point as that did not offer an environmental ‘no change of towels’ option, because of being 5 star. They did accommodate this but it should be automatic in all hotels. It would take a few moments to tell guests it’s an option. #oneworldletsprotectit Ps it will save you money 😍

My husband and I enjoyed our trip very much ! The Casaly staff were extremely helpful and gave us all the tips of where to go and how to get there. Great hotel, wonderful staff and very convenient location!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casaly hotel and spa, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel was *spotlessly clean* throughout, from the rooms to the common areas, which made the stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The housekeeping team clearly takes great pride in maintaining the property. What stood out the most, however, was the *amazing staff*. Every team member was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met. It truly made a difference in my overall experience. And let’s not forget about the *breakfast* – it was absolutely *superb*! There was a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to choose from, catering to all tastes. I looked forward to every morning, knowing I would enjoy a great start to my day. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to everyone at Casaly for making my stay so memorable!

Wonderful hotel in great location on the promenade and a short walk to the pedestrianised town centre. Room was excellent with balcony over looking the pool. Lots of choice for breakfast and staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Highly recommended.
