No amenities. No coffee facilities. No furniture no wardrobe drawers etc. Nothing. Dirty room. Grubby linen. Air on not working. No TV connection only wifi on tv. After complaining to reception I was offered another room which was very small but clean. I paid for a deuc double room and ended up in a shoe box. The staff refused to refund the difference in price. Staff also tried to charge me extra ten per cent on arrival. I was asked to pay 500 pesos securely deposit. No mention of this when booking made. No safe in rooms. Lots of buildings work being undertaken.

the blanket was so stinky I don’t know if the hotel did not change from the last customer used that room or the blanket was really “kulob”. the hotel is under renovation so you will expect some noise but in my case tolerable naman sakin.

The Airconditiong was noisy due to water dripping, the bed was itchy and have hair from previous people who accommodate the room.
