PHbooked Nov 12, 2022. today is Dec 19, 2022 i was charged twice. my mode of payment was pay at the hotel, but they still charged my card. i told the front desk that i was already charged but she still asked for cash because my payment was “not yet reflected” on her computer. i showed her the receipt(email) of the prepayment (thats the only email they sent me) and i showed her my bank statement that it was already deducted. she assured me that i will get my refund because she said that the same thing happened to their previous customer. additional charge. they will ask you for an additional 10% of your total which they call “hotel fees”. note that this was not mentioned in Booking. no updates. i am the one messaging/ asking them for refund, not the other way around. until now, no replies from both Remedios Apartment and from OYO themselves. it’s so disappointing. smelly blankets and pillows/ pillowcases. i’m not sure if they didn’t wash it or they weren’t dried well. dont expect elevators. they dont have any.
JPPHPHPHwhen i remove the bed runner it has a big hole in the sheets.. i told them right away and never say sorry and did not even change the linen.
SKJogging to 4th floor without guide rails. Hot shower. 6-7 x cornering till reach the room, its real puzzle place, 20 more mirrors and this will be perfect attraction :} Clean rooms. Missing investment. Wall shakercon. 3 quiet sides. Don't know real big rooms size.
Order double bad room for 1K, after come have to pay 160 extra and get single mattress 6ft tall with grills in both side of bed , were i am 6.6 Ft . How is the staff, so is the hotel. 4 Hour/e rooms most possible used by short knowing couples. This standard belongs to another side of Thafft avenue- with bars and beggar syndicate side. Just in corner are Maine city residence, cheaper or same, 5x better.

CKthe manager charged extra on top of the agreed booking.com rate on check in. this has been mentioned on other reviews. after questioning this there was no reply or response. also a bathroom window was open and broken and again after requesting it be fixed my request was ignored. choose elsewhere ...
