Perfect location near restaurants, shopping malls easy get around the streets to shopping or restaurants

Watch out for streets hole and there are hard walk through sidewalk to the malls

Its near the LRT station and my intership office

The TV is not working, no cable connection. The shower is also not working. May kumakagat na insect sa bed

the only reason being is the location close to where i have an appointment. thats basically it.

To start- property isnt responsive. Made a call to their contact number 8 tomes in a row i only get 2 ring then the line will cut off. They are not aware of the type of room i booked. No option to pay using credit/debit card The rooma ive booked has a funky old stuff smell, the bed aren’t comfortable Pillow 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Sheet - 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Sink - is inside rhe room not inside the toilet and doesnt drain well Atleasr the toilet flushes well Shower - water is not working water pressure is low. staff especially the morning people- very unfriendly. like they cannot be bothered. Room is crowded with extra chairs and storage boxes No ready toilet paper avalanches i had to asked and waited too long to get one

I got a problem with hotel check in as I booked my reservation online and payment was made via online bank account. The receptionist denied my booking while showing my reservation and payment receipt as they have an issue with regarding for payment from 3rd party online booking company to Hotel bank account. My online booking were affected and need to call support center of the traveloka and processing for a refund is a hassle in my side. Next is that I booked online to the OYO 772 Remedious Apartment and payment is made at the receptionist at the hotel. Sadly when the receptionist ask for the payment, the amount is not the same as indicated in the online booking and is higher.
