Ambiance and friendly staff

The door kept banging when therre is strong wind

We liked the warm welcome of the staffs and the ambiance of the hotel.

The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived especially the toilet area (sink and shower) and the bidet was not working. The provided telephone was not useful at all. Every-time we call the lobby, we were always directed to voicemail. The pool was not heated and you have to request and wait for more than 2hours to be able to use it. The breakfast was disappointing. They asked what time we want our breakfast to be served and yet they did not prepare and serve it according to the agreed time. We waited for more than 30mins and upon serving of the food, it was cold, not freshly cooked and you could consider it as “waste”. We don’t think that everything is worth our money. So disappointing.

There is no elevator and the room was not ready as advertised

The staff were all excellent! They gave us the best service which made our stay very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool! The cleanliness of the resort is outstanding and the overall design/decorations are amazingly beautiful. We highly recommend this resort. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is Clean and new.

Less staff , and not really professional as a hotel staff. If you ask something they reply I dont know I’m not the one incharge here.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Interior decorator did a great job. Plenty of places to take pictures. We might've been the only guest.

Towels were not available at pool. Hot tub was just bubble, no heat.

The hotel was very pretty and aesthetic. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was good size and huge balcony. Bed was clean. Lots of room to park. And so many spots to take pictures on property.

There was bugs around the hotel but that's expected in the Philippines.
