Amazing

Its new and clean. However, I'd like to point out the following points: 1. pool was not that cleaned when we checked in. 2. AC in room 202 wasn't good, it was a bit warm 3. The sliding door lock was broken, and there's no window lock in the washroom

Staff are super friendly. The hotel is new so it's all fairly clean. Location is great. It had a pool too.

Different room was given to us, not the room i booked.

The staff were great! They were very helpful. They even arranged for the guests to have meals at the place (c/o of the venue), and this makes for a complete experience. They have a tie-up with a restaurant that serves excellent food and if you want to get take-aways, it's also allowed. The staff were very friendly and are on-call 24/7. The facilities were very clean and the place is immaculately designed, from the beds to the taps, to the little details of the rooms and the lounge/ pool areas. High five to the interior decorator! It was Instagram worthy! The place has a cozy, warm feel to it and other was very relaxing to be in the bedrooms, pool and lounge areas. They keep it clean all the time. Heaps of parking too! Service is very organized. Meals (breakfast included) were prepared properly and the setting is very homely. The price is very affordable for the ambience and the facilities compared to other places. The place is cery close to other touristy spots such as Sky Ranch and the fruits/ vegie stalls as well as the bulalo restaurants which I really love!!

I think provisions for people with disability such as ramps, wheelchair (elevator, which I know is a big shot, so it's excused) would be helpful. I liked that the reception offered us a room downstairs for this purpose, to compensate for the lack of the above-mentioned facility, essentially upgrading our booking for one room, which was great and very considerate. Just a suggestion to maybe add a heater to the pool, knowing that Tagaytay may be chilly most times of the year, as it will add to the appeal of the place.
