Clean beautiful and friendly spot. We’ve traveled to Siargao before and wanted something slightly outside of town. Easy to park the motorbike and AC was always dependable. Great bathroom and plenty of closet and work space

Es war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt Leider hatten wir in unserem zimmer einen recht strengen Geruch der leider nicht behoben werden konnte Die Türen benötigen ein neues Schloss da diese sehr schwer schließen Einige Benefits wie Wäscheservice werden auf Hotels beworben, jedoch nicht angeboten Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Angestellten geben sich große Mühe Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen

Literally no staff there - the room smelt terrible and no one to help. Almost like an airbnb with no one around except a big hotel that is empty - so strange and not welcoming

The room and facilities within the room were exceptional and modern. This is/was a very comfortable place to stay.

The lack of staff. There were no staff available during the evenings. No restaurant staff for food or drinks. Not somewhere I would recommend for families.

"Fine, but a lot can be improved"

The rooms look good but are not practical - our room had a queen bed even though we were in the suite

The cleanliness needs to be improved - the room was dusty and the bathroom was dirty. The staff tried to add a 3% credit card fee at the end which was not mentioned in Booking.com The staff tried charging is for bike use and for breakfast which were BOTH listed as FREE in the booking.com listing. They went so far as to edit the booking.com listing while I was waiting for a solution at the reception which was super scammy. Luckily, I had taken screenshots so they couldn't argue. If that hadn't been the case, they would have charged me for breakfast which is absolutely not worth paying for. The only good thing on the menu (and we tried everything over our 5-night stay) was the pancake. Even with the "free" breakfast, they made us pay for coffee.
