The food was divine, healthy and mindful. The staff was hospitable and super kind, and they all loved our poodle. Coffee is good too! There was zero signal too so was able to unwind and go offline, but in fairness, there was strong wifi everywhere, even up at the peak of the hike - which was a nice surprise.

Gym was outdoor so saw some equipment rusted or corroded. The place was huuuge, so it was a bit expected to see some tables and chairs dusty but not really an issue, at least they weren't deteriorated

Well designed and maintained. Beddings were comfy and even luxurious. Staff were very warm as well as open to special requests. I loved the wellness activities that were on offer. There were a lot to choose from too.

Our room was a bit stuffy. Their water supply could also be softened to avoid limescale in the bathroom. The massage, i must say, was overpriced at almost 5k. As a regular spa-goer, there was nothing extra special about it.

The staff are very nice, polite and well trained. That is really my favorite part of the experience next to the facilities.

The terrain was a little hard for my aunt to navigate.

Quiet, clean, polite and accommodating staff. I love the vibe, the room, and the location.

The welcome ritual; it was uncomfortable being smoked in incense without asking if it’s okay though I understand it is just part of their hospitality for newcomer guests. My suggestion is to ask guests first if they are okay with it as some are not into new age things. Other than this, everything is great.
