I really love the overall vibe of the place—it’s so peaceful and surrounded by nature. The atmosphere feels very relaxing, and the rooms are beautifully designed, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The massage, the ambiance, the activities

The place was great and very conducive for relaxation. Location-wise, a bit far.

They charged us for the massage which was supposedly part of what we initially paid. They refunded after we raised the concern but the experience of having to raise a dispute overpowered the stay at Nawa. Found a review from another client that they also had the similar experience with us. :(
