Very polite and fun staff. Very professional.

Inside the RIAD a beautiful sanctuary awaits where staff do their very best to make visitors comfortable and knowledgeable in order to make the most of their stay in Marrakesh. However, first impressions of the area are quite a shock because the RIAD is situated in quite a dark, narrow alley not far from the chaos of the Medina. But for visitors like me who want to experience the real Marrakesh I think this property has the right contrast between outside and inside. In January, breakfast outside was a little chilly but the warmth of the staff more than made up for it. This RIAD has a great team of people who clearly enjoy working together and who genuinely take a personal interest in their visitors and value tourism in general. The RIAD is decorated in authentic Moroccan style. An atmosphere of tranquility, relaxation and calm inside prepares the visitor for the startling sensations, sounds and smells that await outside. Be prepared to experience the real Marrakesh!

The staff was excellent and took the time to understand our needs.

There’s no hair dryer

Really beautiful centre. Staff were so lovely and helpful. People complaining on here I think just need a little bit of a perspective as it’s a gorgeous old building and is very cheap and good value for money. Breakfast delicious and amazing that it’s included on the sunny terrace. Best cats in the world.

Beds abit loud but that’s just if we were being picky, no complaints and would stay again.

Authentic typical building in the heart of Medina. Very gentle staff and coherent services. If the guest wants, he/she can leave the organization of all typical experiences (Agafay desert excursion, Hammam….) to them and just enjoy the experience. Breakfast is sweet and with a good portion. Very quiet part of the city. Recommended!

As a suggestion to insert a glass in the shower to avoid spread water in the bathroom.

What I expected from this type of hotel was more than great. Very professional staff, very welcoming feeling, surprisingly great and authentic SPA service. Relaxing dining offer on the hotel terrace. I appreciated the silence and atmosphere.
