Onsen Premium Suites at Tambun Ipoh

The villa itself was good, clean, and comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant for my family. We purchased the villa and the facilities met our expectations. However, I was disappointed with the host’s attitude and flexibility. According to the WhatsApp message, the check-out time was stated as 11:00 AM, and it was also mentioned that an extension was possible with an additional charge (RM50 per hour). I checked in quite late, around 9–10 PM, and I was staying with my family and three young children. The following morning, I requested a short extension and was willing to pay the stated additional fee. Unfortunately, this request was declined, and I was strictly instructed to check out by 11:00 AM. This was upsetting, as the message about paid extension gave the impression that some flexibility would be considered. While the property itself was good, the lack of understanding and flexibility from the host significantly affected our overall experience. I hope future guests are given clearer expectations and more considerate communication, especially families with young children.

The owner not pick up phone, nor pick up watapp phone. take an hour to slowly chat in the watapp. owner not reply immediately. very complicated check in procedure, not recommanded for elder, terrible owner unhelpful, request RM500 deposit. deposit maybe not returned. cleaning fee required. Bed sheets had stains... room smelt of raw sewage and our toilet didn't work. cockroacher in the toilet. This Homestay is the worst one which we have ever visited... destroyed our whole vacation. Don't visit this place.
