We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with our experience. The facilities were excellent, clean, and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The guide was helpful and informative, and the i charge staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to others.

The only downside was the low water pressure in the toilet, making showering less enjoyable

I like the ease of communication with the host & smooth key collection process. The property is clean & equipped with drinking water machine. A nice surrounding with lots of greenery.

The key cards ( I rental 2 types of room: 1 bed room & 3 bedroom) did not work well for the key pad at the door. We couldn't unlock the doors after many tries, and this was very frustrating especially when you have children & elderly, at one occasion, we wasted 15 mins just tapping the key cards in various ways to unlock the door. A security personnel tried to help, also to no avail. A big let down which we hope to see improvement immediately.
