Had a one night stay with family. Staff were friendly and responsive. Property was clean and well maintained. Thumbs up for the children shower sets and colouring books to keep them occupied.

"Great hotel near airport "

Beautiful hotel, with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was nice but not a huge selection for western visitors. Lovely pool Overall a lovely spot for a layover in Kuala Lumpur

Hotel staff do not give payee the ability to go to both rooms. Family staying on separate floors and unable to go to the other family room, makes no sense. We should have access to the rooms we purchased at all times. They would not budge on giving us access to both rooms. Bad policy! Bathroom sink leaked all over the floor. Other than those two issues, hotel was great!

"Convenient for an overnight layover "

Great shower, okay bed, service was very good. Only suggestion is to include airport to hotel shuttle times in welcome email as I wasted 30 minutes and finally just got a taxi.
