Everything is good, the staff, the room, the breakfast and the location

Close to airport. Free shuttle service to airport most of the time

The only comment I have against this hotel was the service in the executive lounge, the staff could have been better in service

Just an overnight stay but must compliment the facilities and staff. Room was excellent, breakfast was a wide variety of lovely food and the staff went above and beyond. The airport pick up and Mitsui Outlet drop off much appreciated. Highly recommend.

No shuttle bus for me. I need to take taxi paid by myself

Fantastic staff, very helpful. Great breakfast buffet options. Convenient airport shuttle service. Clean and spacious room. Large flat screen tv, but wish they had more English station options. Great location, walking distance to many local dining options. Will definitely come back on our next long layover.

Stayed here x1 night to be close to the airport, as airport shuttle available and 15 minute transfer Lovely hotel, surrounded by lots of places to eat, plus supermarket and self service launderette. Booked seats on the shuttle bus when we checked in, this is a must as it is very popular and will fill all places quickly.

Not too bad for hotel near the airport. Airport shuttle starts from 6.45am and interval of 1hr so be sure to plan your timing well. I like that the hotel is also quiet. There is a small starbucks in the hotel for quick caffeine fix.
