Cleanliness and safety! Kudos!

Everything was great, the service was amazing people is so nice. The room was spacious and nice, bed was comfy and everything was clean. Loved it!

We arrived from DC almost midnight after around 20 hours of flight and looking forward to a good shower and some rest before our next morning flight. It was disappointing to see the toilet bowl water kept running. Maintenance guy came and fiddled with it for almost an hour. The staff should have just moved us to a different room to begin with but didn’t. It was when we checked in with the facility guy a few times and he wasn’t able to get the job done that we called reception for a room change that it happened. It was not until 1 something in the morning that we had to move to a different room. Did not even managed to rest as we needed to leave early in the morning to catch our flight.

Staff were fabulous

The actual stay at the hotel was acceptable. What was unacceptable was the promised hotel transport by suttle from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport to the hotel. The shuttle I was promised was commandeered at the airport for airline staff, while my wife and I were shunted aside and made to wait some time, with all of our luggage, for another shuttle.

All the staffs are helpful and friendly.

New hotel. Restaurant food was really good. Family room had bunks and kids furniture. Pool was good size. Shopping centre nearby was ok but area a bit abandoned but perfect for overnight stay

The room was spacious and the staff was friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was awaresome. WiFi in my room 10th floor was not working well. So I ask help from the front desk as I do have a meeting. The manager arrange me to have my meeting in the club lounge with a private room. This arrangement was great and I really appreciated. Definitely will come back again.
