The location and the spacious rooms

1) there was supposed to be a washer but there was none. 2) generally, there should be basic toiletries and simple things such as sugar, coffee and tea. But there was none. 3) the in room dining orders were messed up. I ordered 3 sets of nuggets but ended up with 3 sets of fried rice. 4) they should close the wrecked room next door. Not a good publicity to left such room open. It gave a spooky vibe.

Everything was smooth for chk in and chk out. Staff was friendly. Room is clean. I love the location. Will come back next time.

First of all, please let it be known, that the property is now known as Trinidad Suites and no longer known as Marina Puteri Harbour. We spent a good half and hour looking for Marina Puteri Harbour when it was right in front of our eyes, just because the new name is not updated here on Expedia. Other than that, check in was swift and smooth, apartment was clean and comfortable and electrical appliances were in good working order. There is a good restaurant a walking distance away. The only downside is that the TV has very few basic channels.

1. 3.5 hours waiting for check in process (15.00 hrs standard check in time, but at 19.10hrs only manage to get the room) 2. Last minute the hotel change the room type 3. No action taken after reporting the appliance malfunction which power trip the entire room after switching it on 4. Foreigner front desk staff can speak english only 5. My first & last staying here!

Really huge apartment, fully air conditioned, complete with a kitchen table top, microwave, kettle, fridge and electrolux washing machine, dinner table, huge wardrobe space for the rooms and fast internet.

Stained towels, pillow and bedsheet. Shower gel snd shampoo only given one small bottle each, inconsistent water pressure.

The unit 2 bedroom apartment is very specious. Master bedroom very big 😅. Cleanliness is great.

1. Tea/coffee & sugar not provided for a quick breakfast. 2. Host not responding my call & WhatApp when needed. 3. Receptionist on-duty not familiar with location. Cant assist when guest is lost and also cant speak in Malay. 4. No proper instructions to go to unit. Taking much time to understand properties layout to find the unit.
