"Not conducive for rest but good for those looking to party"

Location is convenient just at Puteri Harbour.

However, room is next to Mana cafe which operates 24hrs, with live band and music and loud noises from modified cars and motorbikes, making it difficult to have a good rest. Soundproofing is bad making it more unbearable. Amenities are shared with residences so can be slightly crowded and worn out.
