"The hotel was at the basement of an apartment building, with a key to the back of it."

We booked a Hotel and were surprise to find out it was a Hostel. The weird guy at the table (reception), said we were staying at the Hotel and took us to another building with common bathrooms. Hate it!

"Honestly, not worth it. I have scars from the bed bugs..."

Great location and has an outside seating area.

- The bathrooms are closed for the majority of the day - The staff are rarely anywhere to be found, so the guests end up having to help out the new arrivals - The shower curtains should be replaced (they could literally all be replaced for for like €6-€10) - BIGGEST ISSUE, the entire place had bed bugs! It was an absolute nightmare and it left me with scars all over my body from the hundreds of bed bug bites I got, and the staff basically pretended like the issue didn't exist

"Was nice for price but uncomfortable bed puts a downer on it as I could not I rest properly."

Close to public transport and city centre is at the end of the road pretty much.

Mattresses are so uncomfortable you can feel the springs coming through the top.

"Hotel from hell / bedbugs haven. "

My bed was covered with bedbugs. Couldn’t sleep as the bedbugs keeps crawling out the moment I tried to sleep. I call this hotel from hell. Never been in this type of mess before. This experience ruined my holiday. Avoid them.
