Very dirty. Bed bugs everywhere. No help from the "receptionist". No way to get back the prepaid money. I have not seen such disgusting accomodation all over world

Location was good

Except the location and price paid, everything else was of really low quality. Bathroom wasn’t clean, room was not taken care of, did not even have window. It does not smell good there either. Beds are not comfortable, doors don’t close well. Would recommend only if you have very low budget. Otherwise - not.

The property was full of Bed bugs, avoid to book this place at any cost.... We could not sleep, with all tenants left the room and spent time in the kitchen, this place ruined all our trip....

It was horrible staying there for a couple of nights. I canceled my booking because of the worst experience. The bed bugs were everywhere in the hostel, particularly in the dorm and beds. I got bitten and faced serious skin problems but they do not bother to resolve problems.

Bedbugs. And more bedbugs. I left before the first night and was left homeless, as I didn't want to be covered head to toe in bedbug bites. Unfortunately I only noticed at midnight so I got bitten, my back still itches. So far no contact from the owner. I messaged them, tried calling them and I knocked on the guards door. As I could not contact them, they didn't try to accommodate me in a bedbug-free room, so I had to leave. Estimated economic damage from unrecoverable clothing (not heat resistant enough to withstand 60°C heating to kill potential bugs and eggs) is at least 80€, plus my train ticket from having to leave early was 60€ more expensive than the original journey I planned. Still haven't gotten my money back from the hostel itself either. Another rather weird part was that I, a man, was put in the woman's quarter. I had not much of a problem with that, but it didn't seem like any of the other inhabitants were asked if that is okay with them. I also feel very sorry for them as they likely have to deal with lots of bedbugs as well. This kind of negligence is utterly irresponsible as it endangers the guests severely. If you don't notice/are aware of how bad bedbugs are, you might carry them with you home, as they are resilient biests. This could cause thousands of euros of economic damage if you have to exterminate them in your home, so it is a serious issue! Don't go here!

The bathroom, the toilet, the price, the bed. Everything. got bed bugs crawling every night. I got bitten and had red spot everywhere on my body. U charge people for towel and linen. Like bro linen is compulsory. To help me cover the bed that full of bed bugs. The toilet picture in booking that seems nice was the toilet for private room. Just never stay there! The toilets have not proper place to hang any clothes. No light in toilet. Someone can records you showering from the bottom from the man toilet. Forgot to take pictures because it seemed like living in hell.

Nothing was good.

The property was disgusting, the sleeping pods were crawling with bugs all over. It was that bad that within 30 minutes I had to leave and booked to stay somewhere else. On top of this the bathrooms were unclean and the toilet cubicles offered no privacy, with none of the doors fully closing... The showers were even worse. Will be submitting further complaints and requesting a refund.
