I did not enjoy my stay for the one week I stayed they are alot of bedbugs in the hostel too bad my skin is full of the bite so annoying I cant even put on short sleeve

Clerks are very nice. But not clean.

there were sooo many bedbugs in the beds. You may not notice them in the morning cause they generally appear at night and they are really big and so many, you cannot get rid of them by killing them. When we told this problem to the staffs , they gave us a spray which didn’t work ofcourse. They didn’t care it and even perceived it as a problem. If you have any other options, i wouldn’t recommend you to stay here for the sake of your health. There literally very grown bedbugs, they might carry a disease or you can carry them into your home. Because when they bite you , it is so hard to get rid of them, they can survive on your clothes, bags etc., so please be careful! and not stay in this hostel if it is possible

Literally nothing

First of all it is imposible to communicate with the receptionist, he just doesn't speak only grouns. We waited a lot for chek in and when we got the beds they were full of bedbugs. Not only one, all 4 of them. It was hard to get in contact with a supervisor and we left immediately. We are still waiting fot the refund.

The location was okay

Very bad service the first 2 days nobody was there for any information ( it is said the reception is available from 9-11 pm) but nobody there . And full of bugs , I got bitten the whole arms and faces, neck and cannot sleep ( feeling so itchy) , it looks like they do not clean the place at all? I asked a refund but they wanted to call booking but booking did not answer
