Convenience of location is incredible - though enter "Venders" in maps to find since the given address is completely off. Right of the subway and a couple of minutes away from groceries and a food court. Enough space and very clean. Luggage storage for after check out. Kitchen does have a dishwasher and Nespresso machine (and they kindly provide pods).

No wifi- and the promised repair man never came. So staff a bit on the unmotivated side. No mechanism to fix the windows open so have to close them at night and then the room can't cool down enough for the day. So not recommended during a heat wave. No microwave in the kitchen is a big minus for when you just want to warm up milk for a morning coffee :/ Shower pressure is really not that bad - it's enough to get the soap and shampoo off in good time.

Amazing location. Close to anything central. Clean and simple. Good facilities in room.

Rooms were very small and very hot. Beds not the most comfortable. We were there for a week, I think it should have been serviced at least once.

First of all, I had to wait for about 10 minutes to be given the code even though I reached out before arrival, still had to wait for it. Second of all, the fans were dusty, my allergies and sinuses got triggered so bad as I found a spider crawling on my bed. At this point my allergies got flared I had to rush to the nearest pharmacy, my symptoms got bad. I was supposed to go for 6 nights to relax, my trip was nothing but exhausting and could not do many things due to being sick eventually. I was aware I booked it under non refundable however with my health, they have refused to be cooperative and did not even give me half of it back if not all. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this place not even for one night, that’s all it took for me to get sick. Disappointed.

Great location! Easy to access, clean and modern with great facilities nearby

Room is so spacious and good for family stay, location is a major advantage, apposite of Nørreport Station.

The room we were assigned was located on the first floor and was quite dusty, likely due to the renovation work taking place in the hotel courtyard area. The fan provided in the room was also dirty and could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

I have to say after reading the positive reviews, I had high hopes for Venders but my family were sorely disappointed. The location was amazing and that is the best part of the accommodation as it's near to city centre, wonderful food market, and the metro station. The virtual staff was also responsive and friendly via whatsapp chats.

The pictures looked much better than the actual apartment. It is quite small and the filmsy furnishings give off a hostel vibe. The worst part was it's shared laundry facilities which was in another block. I wish I had read the details better - carrying laundry across the courtyard to a dark basement elsewhere wasn't my idea of a holiday. The kitchen ventilator wasn't working so cooking was challenging (we didn't bother to call for repair). There was also unexpected major works in the courtyard which was noisy. We asked for a refresh of bath towels and were given small towels instead.
