Location was brilliant

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the layout of the tv and seating didn’t work.

Excellent location, very close to the city center and perfectly connected to all means of transport, with a supermarket, market, coffee shop, pharmacies, and the riverside venue just steps away. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with very good beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient elevator for the upper floors. The staff were extremely kind and responsive to every request.

The location is perfect and the property was easy to access with given code any time of the day. Stuff was very helpful and they answer any question from us very rapidly. We’ve stayed with our twin girls for two nights and in the morning we sat on the bazaar near the property and had a nice breakfast.

Good location, apartment was clean.

Everything was broken. Cooktop had issues and was constantly turning off when trying to enable both cooktops at the same time. Kitchen hood was not working. Fridge was barely cold. TV screen burnt and barely visible if you watch some move with dark scenes. Oh and hairdryer, it worked, but all plastic pars were melted as if it was on fire before…

Perfect location, walking distance to the main attractions, food markets, restaurants, cafes and a supermarket a few doors down. All forms of public transport on your door step, including a direct train to/from the airport. Checkin was easy although make sure your phone has lots of charge/battery, as our flight landed at 8am and we explored Copenhagen all day and both of our phones went flat by checkin time, and all of our checkin codes and information were on our phone! Communication with hosts was always quick and helpful, luggage storage was convenient and laundry facilities were very useful for our 1 week stay. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment for 2 adults and a child (myself, my mum and 4 yr old daughter), the main bedroom has a wardrobe and the apartment was clean, stylish and had everything we needed including good wifi, block out blinds and an elevator!

The second bedroom was a bit tight for 1 person, once we placed 1 suitcase in there as there was no wardrobe to store clothes.
