Probably one of the best accommodations in Morocco! A pool in the desert, the true Pearl of the Sahara. Great staff at reception.

The waiter in the restaurant was very slow.

The aesthetic of the pool is undoubtedly gorgeous and lives up to the photos. The rooms were clean and we really enjoyed one of the staff members - it was a skinnier guy with the curly hair. He was very friendly with a great vibe and even let me buy a pair of swimming shorts when I forgot mine. Always asked how our experiences were and went the extra mile.

As others have mentioned, the restaurant is not 4 star quality. The dinner buffet is average, but it is clean. The breakfast and lunch options are both very sub par and the restaurant has way too many flies during the day, making the experience very uncomfortable and the food unappealing. The heavier set gentlemen who checked us in was extremely rude and unprofessional. Every interaction we had with him after that he continued to be defensive and generally was unpleasant to be around. Even when we were checking out… we had to pay some extra charges, which is totally fine, but he was very aggressive and even started yelling at me when I just wanted to doublecheck a few of the charges. The hotel room has no body wash (fine). We asked the front desk 2 times to replace and it was never replaced.

De locatie is mooi en de kamers zijn prachtig.

Door de locatie trekt het een bepaald type publiek. De hele dag schreeuwerige pubers die alleen maar selfies maken en kleding sessies doen. Zwembad koud en aan de tegels hebben we ons geregeld open gehaald

Preise sind sehr hoch… (Restaurant und Buggy Fahrt sind sehr teuer)
