"Ottima struttura, servizi costosi"

Bellissima posizione, molto scenografico. Personale cortese, cibo buono con prezzi onesti, colazione ottima e varia.

Rifiniture delle camere non al top, i servizi offerti per visitare il deserto sono estremamente costosi rispetto ai prezzi che si possono trovare semplicemente uscendo dall’hotel e dirigendosi verso Merzouga. Consiglierei di rivedere le politiche, 3 ore di jeep 4x4 nel deserto sono state offerte a 150€ ogni 2 persone, lo stesso identico servizio pagato fuori 60€ x 4.

La posizione è incredibile, la stanza, molto bella affaccia direttamente sul deserto del Sahara. La colazione buona ma non eccezionale. Ma il valore aggiunto è la disponibilità dello staff. Alla reception un ragazzo bravissimo Ismail che ci ha fatto da guida in un tour di tre ore nel deserto. La visita ad un campo di nomadi è un'esperienza forte per noi europei, necessaria per comprendere le differenze. Il deserto del Sahara va visto almeno una volta nella vita e farlo con la guida giusta non ha prezzo.

Unparalleled views, style, comfort, and hospitality. The staff blew us away with their care for our family. From sand boarding, buggy adventures, birthday celebrations, and drumming after dinner... we LOVED it all.

10/10 amazing experience the hotel is only a year old and definitely looks like it. The rooms were beautifully design and we stayed in the desert view rooms. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool because of the weather but it looked amazing over looking the dunes. Location activities food staff and property 10/10 we are glad we were able to make it this time

Hôtel récent, très confortable et situé juste au pied des dunes. Très belle décoration, literie confortable, eau chaude et chauffage (les nuits sont très fraîches en décembre). Bref, tout était impeccable. Dîner sur place très bon.

Peut-être l’insonorisation entre les chambres …
