En arrivant avec mon épouse nous avons trouvé une culotte dabs l'armoire !!! ils l'ont debaradsé sur notre demande. L'ootion de massage est assez compliqué surtour en couple. on a reservé puis on nous a contacté pour nous dire que il y a pas de masseuse mais une demi heure plus tard on nous a contacté pour nous dire qu'ils ont trouvé la masseuse qui manquaient. En plus pour tous les services et massage ils n'acceptent pad le payment par carte bancaire que le cash est accepté à l'exception de la reservation de chambre qu'on a payé sur expedia. Le pire est qu'on faisant le checkout la receptionniste a insisté de nous offrir une carte cadeau pour une nuit gratuite mais à une condition: cad qu'il utilise mon iphone pour faire un review. Malheureusement on a accepté!!! aujourd'hui j'ai contacté l'hotel aur watsapp pour reserver la nuit offerte et on m'a répondu que je dois leur envoyer un screen shot du review!!! pourtant que j'ai envoyé la photo du bon cadeau et malgrès le fait que j'ai voulu payer une deuxième chambre pour mon fils Bref c'est tout par rapport à cet hotel j'ajoute aussi qu e ils répondesnt pas à nos bonjour par bonjour mais ils entre directe en matière

L’hôtel est bien situé, le personnel est extrêmement gentil / serviable et efficace. L’hôtel a du potentiel mais le rapport / qualité / prix n’est pas bon du tout. À 90/100€ la nuit nous aurions mis une meilleure note mais à 220€/nuit… pas de room service, un état des chambres discutable (peinture, fenêtre ne se fermant pas, cabine de douche mal fixée, etc.) beaucoup trop de points noirs. L’insonorisation n’est pas très bonne (pas du tout même) et certains clients très bruyants. Dommage d’aller à l’hôtel pour dormir et avoir du mal à dormir. Encore une fois les attentes augmentent linéairement au prix… à ces tarifs on s’attend à bien mieux.

Excellent staff in all departments. Currently no breakfast offered. Some rooms suffer from traffic noise. Overall location very convenient.

El personal consta de UNA SOLA PERSONA. No hay absolutamente nada para comer o beber, por supuesto NO HAY DESAYUNOS. Una terrible desilusión, pues debe haber 20 opciones mejores y a precios similares en el área.

Travelers should know that the hotel offers free nights to guests who rate them 5 stars on google and other sites. They ask guests to fill this out in front of them at checkout and they take a picture. This explains for me why the hotel is so highly rated. The hotel is fine but staff are too much. Insisted we drink welcoming tea at 1:15 am in the lobby after our flight was delayed for hours. The room is clean and newly refurbished but smells of very strong cleaning fluid. Bed is not comfortable. And furniture is awkward. Bedside table too far from bed to use. Nothing else particularly special to warrant 5 stars.

The room was modern and spacious with a large and nice bathroom. The bed was hard but semi ok. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were brought in. There was no balcony and although there was ample space in the room for a table and chairs, there was none. There is a nice outdoor seating area off the lobby, but we felt uncomfortable, taking cocktails there and it was cold outside part of the time during our stay. The lobby was inadequate for gathering or sitting around. The hotel began serving breakfast during our stay. The orange juice is fantastic, but the other aspects of the breakfast were not. We only ate that breakfast one time because we did not enjoy having the limited menu. There was a complementary coffee bar where you could get coffee drinks at any time. Although the hotel has good qualities, we would not stay there again because it did not offer us any areas to relax in.
